Just read that an investigation has been completed by the EU, on the US banning online gambling, and if it breaches the World Trade Organization (WTO) agreements .
The problem that they find is that it allows local online gambling activities, like gambling on the horse races, but bans the international ones.
This does not hold well for the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act (UIGEA). They say this goes against International trade agreements.
This was filed with the EU, by the Remote Gambling Association (RGA)
The US recently had to pay Antigua $21 million (but have not as yet, paid this)
